- Assessment of progress by weighing and analysis of your food diary.

1 - Initial consultation : 60 minutes

 

4 - Weekly follow-up consultations : 30 minutes each.

PHASE 2: TRANSFORM - 2 MONTHS

- Food Diary analysis

- Consultations every 2 weeks

- Support, advice, motivation, and understand science behind a sustainable and lasting weight loss

- Assessment of progress by weighing and food diary analysis

4 - Follow-up consultations every 2 weeks for 2 months. 30 minutes per consultation

PHASE 3: MAINTENANCE

Weight loss goal not yet reached ?

After 12 weeks of following seriously a nutritional plan , this is unfortunately not the end for everyone; it all depends of course on what was your initial goal. However you should already see some very nice results. You will fill that your energy level improved and you have built new eating habits. You will feel a lot more

confident to follow the nutritional program.

We will therefore fix the follow-up consultation according to your needs.

 

Objective achieved ?

The stabilization phase is as important as the weight loss phase. It is counted per month of kilos lost. So to avoid any weight gain we organize a monthly follow-up.
